We had a major addition constructed to our home and renovated much of the existing space. We asked Sally to assist us in developing a color scheme for the entire project—new and old. We wanted to update our current look and feel of our home and didn’t know where to start. Sally’s ability and talent was an invaluable resource in helping us create an environment that we could not have imagined without her guidance.

We have been working with Sally for over five years on various projects throughout our house. She has helped us with everything from a major exterior house project to picking out the colors for all three of our kid’s rooms. Words can’t express how much we love her and her expertise! She has always picked the perfect color for everything we have done. We HIGHLY recommend her to anyone needing guidance with color!

My husband and I recently decided that an update to our 25 year old home was needed. Sally had been recommended to us by a mutual friend so we set up an appointment to meet. Upon our first visit, it was clear we would work well together. We were looking for help with wall color, hardwood floor stain, window treatments, and bathroom remodeling throughout. Sally spent a couple hours with us walking through our home and listening to us. The creative process was completely enjoyable, very smooth and efficient. She helped us with every aspect of our “redo” paint color, tile, area rugs, bathroom fixtures, decorating and generally helped us pull everything together to look cohesive and quite beautiful. She made it fun!

Sally really took the time with me to make sure I was happy with a variety of choices. She clearly has a passion for what she does and is a pleasure to work with. We are so happy with the color on the exterior of our home, and our neighbors absolutely love it!

We consulted with her to pick a single color for our living room, foyer and upstairs hallway—a color that had to work with a variety of rooms, floors, woodwork and carpets. Committing to one color was a huge decision for our untrained eyes, and Sally listened to understand our vision for the house before guiding us in the right direction. We again used her expertise when we painted our house’s exterior, and she guided us to a combination of colors that worked wonderfully for our house and detached garage. Given the money that goes into these jobs and the costs of adjusting course midway, it was well worth her reasonable fee for a couple of hours of guidance to get the colors right.

Just wanted to let you know we love the colors you helped us choose for our home! My husband and I have gotten so many compliments. Our neighbors say it looks like we have a whole new house.

I was nervous about changing from the “safe” taupe and chocolate brown we’d had for many years. Knowing that, you helped me choose even better versions of the colors that we’d had since our home was first built, then you jumped right in with wonderful suggestions that I never would have thought of myself. I truly appreciate the way you didn’t try to influence me, you just kept making suggestions until I could see my favorite choice.

We have consulted with Sally for over five years now in both our new home and some of the many homes that we restore professionally after fire and water damage. This morning I found myself halting a painting project in our office because Sally had not been consulted. In my own homes I have spent years trying to get the color right only to start again with another brilliant color choice. I have found Sally’s direction very helpful, taking our own ideas and clarifying them while avoiding the occasional “color mishap”. Our house has already been transformed with the choices you helped us make before and we have no doubt that it will be further transformed with the exterior and downstairs colors we have selected. I just wanted to say thank you so much for doing a fabulous job helping us pick out colors for our home.Construction is finally finished and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. The colors flow and compliment each other beautifully. (Our painter liked the color choice for the family room so much, he decided to use it in his house!)

I feel so very fortunate to have met Sally as I have NO sense of designing. She listened to my likes and dislikes and suggested solutions that solved my decorating dilemmas, all within the parameters of my budget.
